Phantom Brands is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer early in their career who has hands-on experience across branding, packaging, social media content and web design, and is excited to work with both traditional design tools and AI-powered workflows. Design and support packaging graphics for physical productsCreate and update website designs and digital assetsDevelop visual content for digital and print marketing materialsCollaborate closely with senior designers, sales teams, and the marketing team in-houseUtilize AI tools to assist with ideation, design exploration, and productionMaintain brand consistency across all projectsManage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of detailWhat We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorProficiency in ShopifyPackaging design experience (professional or portfolio-based)Website design experience (UI/visual design experience required)Experience creating social-first content for platforms like Instagram and TikTokExperience using AI tools in a design or creative workflowStrong eye for design, layout, color, and typographyExcellent attention to detail and visual precisionAbility to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate efficientlyNice to Have Please submit your resume and portfolio demonstrating packaging and website design work here.
