Key Responsibilities Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts for various projects. Develop graphic assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, and brochures. Learn and apply design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout. Work with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Prepare final artwork for production and ensure accuracy. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new design ideas and concepts. Assist in maintaining brand consistency across different marketing materials. Manage design files and organize project assets. Learn about the design process from brief to final delivery within the Durham, North Carolina studio. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a strong plus. A portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and skills (even student work is welcome). Proficiency in or strong willingness to learn Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of fundamental design principles and aesthetics. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback. Passion for design and a strong desire to learn and grow. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
