Junior Graphic Designer- Miami, FL (Onsite)

Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, paid media, email marketing, presentations, print collateral, environmental graphics, event branding, and promotional materials. Production & Asset Development Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).1-2 years of design experience (internships and freelance work considered), ideally in an agency or other fast-paced marketing environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other layout/UX tools is a plus.Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.Portfolio showcasing a variety of projects with an emphasis on layout, brand design, and digital/social assets.Strong organizational and time management skills – able to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and accountability.Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback constructively.A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.Proven ability to work as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bilingual highly desirable (English/Spanish).
