Junior Graphic Designer job at Philadelphia Phillies - Business Operations. Philadelphia, PA. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the Philadelphia Phillies creative team in bringing the brand to life across digital, social, out-of-home, in-ballpark, and print channels. 2-3 years of professional design experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field—or a relevant certification combined with equivalent professional experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with Lightroom a plus) Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills A portfolio that demonstrates clean, thoughtful design and an eye for brand consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, including nights, weekends, and game days NICE TO HAVES: Experience designing for social media content Basic knowledge of Figma or similar collaborative design tools Familiarity with motion graphics or editing software (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus Passion for baseball, sports, and the Philadelphia Phillies brand WHO YOU ARE:
