We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join a growing team in Tampa. This role focuses on print production, graphic design, and assisting with the creation of marketing and promotional materials. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Design and prepare print-ready artwork for marketing, promotional, and production materials
Support print and production processes, ensuring quality and accuracy of finished products
Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing graphics that align with brand standards
Edit, revise, and update existing designs based on project requirements
Assist with production, material handling, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in graphic design, print production, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with production-related tasks
