Junior Graphic Designer – Marketing specialist

We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer with knowledge of AI-powered design tools to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong eye for fashion, branding, and digital content and is excited about using both traditional design software and the latest AI technology.

You will work closely with our creative and marketing team to develop visual content for our fashion brands across e-commerce, social media, advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.

Responsibilities

Create graphics and digital assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and e-commerce.Use AI image-generation and editing tools to create and enhance fashion imagery, backgrounds, lifestyle scenes, and marketing concepts.Edit and retouch product and model photography while maintaining accurate garment colors, textures, proportions, and details.Create social media content including Instagram posts, Stories, Reels graphics, TikTok assets, and promotional materials.Design website banners, promotional graphics, collection launches, and sale campaigns.Assist with product image preparation and e-commerce creative.Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and advertising formats.Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to the team.Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams on new campaigns, launches, and content.Organize creative files and maintain consistent brand assets.Requirements

1–2 years of graphic design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Working knowledge of AI image-generation and AI editing tools.Ability to write effective AI prompts and refine generated images.Strong photo editing, retouching, compositing, and color-correction skills.Understanding of typography, layout, composition, and branding.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow creative direction and accurately reproduce a requested visual style.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.Strong understanding of social media and current digital design trends.Preferred Skills

Experience with fashion, apparel, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is highly preferred.

Knowledge of video editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta advertising creative, or similar platforms is a plus.

Experience creating AI fashion photography, virtual model imagery, product recoloring, background replacement, image extension, and lifestyle campaign imagery is also a strong advantage.

You don't need to be a senior designer, but you should have a strong visual eye, understand what makes content look professional, and be excited about the rapidly evolving role of AI in fashion and digital design.
