Junior Graphic Designer and Print Production Specialist

About Us

Fulfillment Plus provides printing, marketing support, warehousing, and fulfillment services for a wide range of customers. Our print and design team also supports Fontastik.com, PrintSushi.com, and ChurchInk.com.

We’re a small team that creates everything from signs and banners to packaging, promotional materials, and digital graphics. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and see projects through from the first design concept to the finished product.

About the Role

We’re looking for a junior graphic designer who enjoys both creative work and making things. You’ll help design customer projects, prepare files for production, and assist with printing and finishing. You may also help update product graphics for our websites and assist with occasional on-site installations.

This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, open to feedback, and excited to build practical experience in a working print shop. Training on our production equipment and processes will be provided.

What You’ll Do

· Create and revise artwork for signs, banners, packaging, marketing materials, and digital use.

· Work with the lead designer to turn customer requests into clear, effective designs.

· Check artwork for dimensions, resolution, bleeds, fonts, and other production requirements.

· Prepare accurate files for printing, cutting, and finishing.

· Assist with large-format printers, laminators, and plotters.

· Help with production tasks such as trimming, mounting, packaging, and quality checks.

· Create or update product images and graphics for our websites and e-commerce stores.

· Keep project files organized and communicate with the team about deadlines and job status.

· Occasionally assist with applying graphics or installing signs and decals.

What We’re Looking For

· Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

· A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent skills demonstrated through your portfolio and experience.

· Some professional design experience, such as a college internship, part-time job, freelance projects, or approximately one to two years in a design role, is preferred.

· A portfolio showing your design work. School projects, freelance work, and professional projects are welcome.

· Strong attention to detail and a willingness to check your work before it goes to print.

· Ability to manage several projects, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.

· Clear communication skills and a willingness to ask questions and use feedback.

· Interest in learning print production equipment and hands-on finishing work.

Experience with print file preparation, large-format printing, WordPress, or Shopify is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
