This is a hands-on design and production role for someone who wants to grow beyond purely conceptual design and gain experience seeing projects through from artwork to physical installation. Must be willing and able to travel for site visits, field verification, and event installations, including occasional overnight, weekend or out-of-town travel.
The ideal candidate has professional experience and is eager to learn, get hands-on with the design and production process, and grow their skills while working closely with a senior designer and production team. You’ll have the opportunity to be involved throughout the life of a project—from developing and refining artwork, through client approvals and production, to seeing the finished graphics come together on-site. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, sees tasks through from start to finish, and can adapt to changing priorities along the way. A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to roll with the unexpected are essential for keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.
Event production is an active, hands-on environment, and this role will require regular walking, standing, lifting, and carrying materials and equipment during setup, installation, and event days.
