Junior Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

We are looking for a passionate Junior Designer with a sharp eye for typography and fashion to jump into a dynamic, hybrid creative team! Step into this exciting opportunity to craft high-impact marketing content, expand your portfolio, and shape the retail customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Support and produce high quality, strategy-driven digital marketing communications and print signage that seamlessly integrate the needs of a fast paced, rapidly evolving, and growing business - while building the Marshalls brand and driving transactions on site and in-store.Work with team of ACD's, Art Directors, designers and writers to maintain and evolve the brand expression in multi-channel creative content. Includes in-store signage, site content, email, and video - while consistently maintaining brand synergy across all communications.Execute specific creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business.

Qualifications:

1-4 years of graphic design experience required.BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree.Proficient in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.Knowledge of Acrobat and Microsoft Suite.Familiar with print production and package design a plus.Familiar with Adobe After Effects a plus.
