The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic visual storyteller who can bring fresh ideas, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn in a challenging environment. This role involves contributing to a wide range of design projects and helping to maintain our brand’s visual identity across print, social and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:Design Assistance: Support the lead designer by helping create graphics for both print and digital media, including platforms like social media, websites, marketing collateral, and advertisements.Content Creation: Develop visually engaging layouts for various materials, such as brochures, presentations, promotional items, sales support materials, training resources, and social media, digital, and email campaigns.Brand Integrity: Ensure that all designs follow the established brand guidelines, contributing to a consistent and unified visual identity across all materials.Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the senior designer and the marketing team to meet project goals and align with overall objectives.Production Support: Liaise with printers and other vendors to prepare files for production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy for both printed and digital formats.Creative Input: Actively participate in the creative process and offer valuable ideas during brainstorming sessions.Project Ownership: Take responsibility for assigned projects, showing initiative and flexibility in managing a variety of tasks.Product Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of the company’s products and services by working with Marketing, Design, Sales, and Customer Service teams.Requirements:Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) is preferred.Software Skills: Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with other design tools such as Figma or Canva is a bonus.Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work that highlights creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.Skills:Design Knowledge: A solid grasp of key design concepts like layout, typography, and color theory.Project Management: Capable of handling several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly.Experience:Professional Background: 1 to 3 years of hands-on design experience (internships and freelance work are also considered).Benefits & Opportunities:Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement, growth, and skill enhancement.Work Environment: A dynamic, collaborative team setting.Project Exposure: Engagement with exciting projects and initiatives.
