We are seeking a motivated and passionate Junior Graphic Designer (Part-Time) to help support our Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer in the production of visual assets for the Brooklyn Brewery and additional brands. If you’re a creative individual with a strong eye for detail, a passion for design, and the desire to grow in your craft, we’d love to hear from you!Essential Functions:Create visually compelling (print & digital) assets and prep final production files for various visual touch points including but not limited to:MarketingCreate mocks for branded merchandise and wearable itemsAssist with the creative execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectivesDesign and produce advertisements for various platforms, including digital, print, and outdoor mediaDesign graphics for the company website, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand identitySalesDesign eye-catching point-of-sale materials to enhance customer engagement and promote productsUpdate annual sales materials to equip the team with our most up to date assetsTasting Room & EventsSupport the promotion of Tasting Room and US Marketing events by creating visual assets for both digital and print mediaSupport the Tasting Room by designing engaging visuals for the bar and store, highlighting and promoting our beers and merchandiseInternal Document & Template SupportDevelop user-friendly templates within Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint to streamline marketing and sales teams processesCreate professional and visually appealing presentation decks for internal and external stakeholdersCreative IdeationStay current with design trends and programsDevelop clear concept sketches and thumbnailsFlex outside of the box thinking to contribute to brainstorm meetings, providing fresh ideas and design solutionsPitch concepts, moodboards, and thought processes to the Brand TeamContent Organization & ManagementManage Brandfolder, our external file platform, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date.Work Environment:This role works with the Brooklyn Brewery Marketing Team, for approximately 32 hours a week (8 hours/4 days). Position can be remote as long as Eastern Standard Time working hours are observed.
