Design original creative elementsAdapt design elements to carry out the continuity of the 76ers brands throughout all collateralLead certain design projects, including ticket sales material (fliers, graphics, direct mail), advertising (digital ads, OOH), in-arena graphics, promotional items, internal communication pieces and presentations, program logosBuild motion graphics and animated compositions from static 2D design and artwork Collaborate with digital marketing to create e-mail and web graphic layouts and designConceptualize and build custom creative concepts for sales pitches and client presentationsProof all materials in an accurate manner, delivering high-quality, on-time and error-free draftsServe as a brand ambassador in regards to logo usage and graphic standardsMaintain ongoing internal communication with key partners as neededWork on multiple design projects at any given time and execute in a timely fashion Other duties as assigned The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $55,000/year. This position will be an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
