What You’ll Do Collaborate with the creative team to design assets across social, digital advertising, web, email, presentations, and print Assist with layout design, resizing, formatting, and production-ready file prep Translate brand guidelines into clean, on-brand creative executions Support prepress preparation and asset packaging for final delivery Work within established design systems while contributing thoughtful improvements Participate in feedback cycles and iterate quickly in a collaborative environment Help maintain internal templates and support ARM Creative’s own marketing efforts Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices Jump in where needed to support team priorities and project workflows What You Bring
