Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation of visual concepts for branding, marketing materials, websites, and social media. Develop design assets, including logos, brochures, advertisements, infographics, and presentations. Work with senior designers to refine designs and ensure they align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Prepare final artwork for print and digital production. Maintain and organize digital assets and design files. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices. Ensure all designs meet quality standards and brand consistency. Collaborate effectively with team members throughout the design process. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skill. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Basic knowledge of print production and digital design requirements. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
