Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Fayetteville, AR (In-Person, Full-Time) Support the creative team in producing a high volume of marketing assets including emails, website graphics, pop-ups, paid social ads, print collateral, and promotional materials Use AI-powered creative tools (such as Photoshop Generative Fill, Google Gemini, and other emerging platforms) as a core part of your daily workflow to accelerate ideation and production Execute design requests across multiple brands while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines Refine and polish creative assets before launch, ensuring files are accurate, visually strong, and production-ready Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities and fast-moving deadlines Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency by creating templates, streamlining processes, and automating repetitive tasks Maintain organized creative files and follow internal asset management and storage systems Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign goals and overall brand strategy Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (experience with Premiere or motion graphics tools is a plus) Comfortable designing across digital and print formats, including email marketing, paid ads, social content, and promotional materials Strong understanding of core design principles including typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, and color Highly detail-oriented with a sharp eye for consistency, quality, and accuracy Coachable and collaborative, with the ability to take feedback well and implement revisions quickly Curious, resourceful, and excited to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows Interested in AI-assisted creative workflows and excited by how technology can improve design execution Comfortable with — or eager to learn — eCommerce and marketing platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo Organized, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly Motivated by meaningful, execution-focused work where your contributions have a visible impact every day Benton Lane is a fast-growing family of design-driven home and gift brands built around creativity, speed, and innovation.
