Working closely with creative and marketing partners, the Junior Creative Designer helps execute marketing campaigns, branded materials, social content, and internal initiatives—while gaining hands-on experience in design systems, production, and creative operations. Assist in the design and development of compelling visual content across digital and print channels, including signage, social media, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal communications.Adapt and resize creative assets across a variety of channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency and alignment with established guidelines across multiple brands.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, implement feedback, and complete projects on schedule.Prepare production-ready files, manage file organization, and maintain asset libraries to support efficient workflows.Stay current with design trends and brand best practices to elevate creative output and support visual storytelling. Coordinate and help execute small-scale marketing and operational programs such as:Fundraising initiativesRegional Campaign ActivationsPromotional giveaways or branded swag effortsManage timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of assigned programs.Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendors to track progress and communicate updates.Assist in light reporting and documentation of program outcomes for team review and optimization. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a creative, design, or production role, with a proven ability to execute high-quality work across digital and print mediums. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; ability to create polished, brand-consistent assets across multiple platforms.Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) to streamline communication and workflows.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate across teams.Meticulous attention to detail and quality control, ensuring all creative output meets brand and production standards.Flexible and resourceful team player with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools, techniques, and processes.
