Responsibilities: Develop graphic covers, templates, layouts, and supporting graphics for marketing pursuits Create presentations, aerial map exhibits, and multimedia graphics Create tailored print and digital brochures as well as conference/event graphics Design digital campaigns for external recognition/pursuits Thrive as part of a large, creative, and specialized marketing team Partner with engineers, project managers, and technical staff Serve as a brand advocate for Kimley-Horn and our clients' visual guidelines Qualifications: BA/BS in Graphic Design or similar 0-4 years of experience Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (Kimley-Horn is a PC-based company) Ability to use InDesign software for layout of complex documents Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, solution-seeking attitude and a high sense of personal responsibility Flexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours and occasionally travel, as required Ability to work under tight deadlines while providing consistent quality and accuracy Salary Range: $65,000 - $78,000. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
