Position Summary The Jr. Graphic Designer develops and produces visual design solutions in digital and print media for a wide range of internal and external projects while adhering to style guides and visual language that is consistent with Goodwill Central Texas design standards... Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Conceptualize, design, and produce deliverables such as flyers, print and digital advertisements, social media posts, and store signage that reflect the Goodwill Central Texas brand. • Assists with getting quotes from different vendors. After Effects or Premiere are a plus • Knowledge of data visualization techniques is a plus • Knowledge of printing and/or reproduction processes and techniques • Strong understanding of typography and layout • Web design, interactive content design experience preferred • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong time management skills, thrives in a fast-paced team environment
