This position works with the three-dimensional, design-to-build team to develop graphics for client design deliverables including displays, fixtures and store environments while also creating graphics and communication for the PD brand. • Provide 3D Designers with graphics and dimensions of flat graphics for three-dimensional blank renderings • Construct client presentation boards that include layouts of renderings and material samples • Assist in the development of client response decks to include layout, image research, icon development and visual storytelling through graphic design • Develop logo designs and packaging concepts when applicable • Photograph packaging and Photoshop on to three-dimensional shapes • Partner with the Creative and Marketing Coordinator to facilitate, monitor and track the creative production of key projects, ensuring that the team is on-brand and on-time • Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment • Follows all safety and workplace policies Competencies and Skills • Proeficent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), Keynote and PowerPoint required • Artistic and a creative thinker with an eye for design • Ability to collaborate on concepts with team members and propose innovative ideas • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling multiple projects with competing priorities • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail • Organization and planning skills • Strong project and time management skills • An understanding of brand development, multichannel marketing and the world of retail • Demonstrate experience with photography, video and boomerang animations • Ability to demonstrate and apply our workplace values • Flexibilityto travel between multiple PD locations • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment
