The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Design Director of Packaging and In-Store Merchandising and collaborate with the marketing team, as well as cross-functionally with PD&D and Sales, to contribute to the concept, design, and execution of packaging, visual merchandising fixtures, displays, and other creative assets. Ability to work in 3D is a plus! • 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer. • A burning desire to turn “good enough” into “can’t get any better.” • Authentic passion for what we do and how we do it – creating products that stand the test of time and use. • Bonus: Experience with work in the personal care category
