Junior Graphic Designer

Job Summary: The Junior Graphic Designer works on design/production projects, ensuring they meet our clients’ requirements. Preferred Qualifications: • 2-3+ years of professional design experience • Proficient in Adobe apps such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Powerpoint • Demonstrates clear knowledge of digital design and print production including large format • Familiarity with industry standards for color profiles and image resolution • Have a keen eye for typography and composition • Strong analytical skills, excellent verbal, and written communication skills • Capability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment • Open to constructive critique and feedback • Stay up to date with new production techniques and trends • Self-motivated individual who seeks to improve their craft • Education and/or experience in production art, graphic design, or a related field Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance
