Junior Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer with a solid grasp of the Adobe Creative Suite, you are a master of current design trends and pride yourself on seeing the next trend before it hits. Responsibilities: Design and production of graphics, print and digital advertising, marketing collateral and other marketing materials utilizing clean layouts and typography The Graphic Designer ensures projects are designed within graphic guidelines for brand consistency Manages job from concept to completion with limited supervision Prioritizes and efficiently manages day to day work while updating project management tools in union with ongoing jobs The Graphic Designer works collaboratively with members of Marketing, Art Department, Product Management and other appropriate parties to develop smart design solutions Communicates with team members across departments with ability to look at problems from different points of view Effectively translates technical information into clear messaging for non-technical audiences Sets clear expectations with customers to define scope, schedule, and goals for projects Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and offer solutions, including execution of annual projects and goals The Graphic Designer draws on past experience and insights of fellow team members to find solutions. Seeks out additional information when relevant with ability to value collective insights Support the marketing department's initiatives and projects with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, content marketing, and traveling to events as needed.
