Junior Graphic Designer

NNN Capital is looking to immediately hire a creative & energetic junior graphic designer to work hand-in-hand with existing graphic design team and commercial real estate agents. Candidate should know RGB vs CMYK and demonstrate speed around programs demonstrating hotkey and shortcuts proficiency. At minimum candidate must have a portfolio that shows experience in both web and print work, in addition to proficiency in the following graphic disciplines: • Photoshop • Illustrator • InDesign • PowerPoint • Web & Print Though not required, additional preferred skills would include but not be limited to the following: • Digital Camera Operation (Video & Still) • Premiere • After Effects • Web Design (Backend preferred over Frontend) • WordPress • Social Media such as Instagram, Facebook & Twitter Interested candidates should respond to this post. Position will begin as part-time/1099 capacity (20-30 hours/week) with the possibility of candidate shifting into full time work subject to the candidate’s capability, compatibility, and commitment to NNN Capital and the growth of the firm.
