The Junior Designer role will create a variety of design assets for Pathify while growing their skills in a supportive environment. Essential Functions: • Create engaging visual content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions • Produce designs using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print materials • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials • Support senior designer with ongoing projects and campaign development • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas • Help manage and organize digital asset libraries • Create templates for employees to use in Canva, Google, and Figma It is ok to be wrong. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with illustration and animation • Video editing capabilities • Web design knowledge • Understanding of UI/UX principles • Experience with print production and layout • Motion graphics skills • Knowledge of current design trends and social media best practices Some meetings will be scheduled during unconventional work hours to meet the needs of our customers or your colleagues and their work day schedules.
