Junior Graphic Designer

Westfield Outdoors® is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. The Junior Graphic Designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a wide range of projects. Key Responsibilities: • Support Graphic Design department to meet project deadlines • Assist in creating print and digital marketing materials including signage, flyers, brochures, brand booklets, presentations, web banners, and social media assets. • Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and markets • Assist in the development of trade‑show graphics and sales materials. Qualifications: • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design • Strong graphic design portfolio (school projects will be considered) • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Proactive, outgoing, positive can-do attitude, self-motivated, and the ability to work well within a team environment • Ability to handle artwork critiques • Understanding of current design trends • Eagerness to learn quickly • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines • Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
