Junior Graphic Designer

We are a fast-growing skincare company looking for a thoughtful and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. We are looking for someone that has compelling, demonstrated work to showcase in this aesthetic, is excited about our industry and can bring a creative approach while maintaining our brand image and collaborating with the team. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design position (in-house a big plus) Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience in packaging design preferred Experience in video, motion graphics and/or original illustrations is a big plus Experience with B2B and direct-to-consumer design, creative and messaging is a plus Comfortable working in a team environment with artistic collaboration and shared projects Ability to take in constructive criticism and produce quality work Excellent eye for detail Ability to creatively work within brand guidelines while also suggesting fresh, new ideas that fit the company’s vision Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict timelines Stay up to date with current design trends and standards Needs to work well independently, have excellent follow through skills and be proactive Must possess strong organizational skills Must be happy to work in office Must be supportive in having ambitious design standards for the brand Thrives in a positive and fast-paced work environment Primary Responsibilities: Assist Marketing Team’s day to day needs Create assets for social, digital, email and print Collaborate in developing new campaigns, sales tools, customer assets, etc. to drive brand awareness and retention Collaborate with team to bring new ideas and creative concepts to elevate the brand’s messaging and marketing activities Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
