This is a hybrid position but does require that the candidate work from the office a day or a so a month for check ins and meetings. We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing Department to support our real estate agents, managers, and our company brand. Desired Skills & Experience: · Efficient time management skills to successfully manage multiple, overlapping deadlines and prioritize projects to accommodate agent and company needs · Previous experience in customer service or guest facing role · Previous real estate experience, design degree or equivalent plus minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in branding, digital and print project · Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and accurate · Ability to problem solve and follow through with minimal supervision · Comfortable with taking feedback and collaborating on design ideas · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Good judgment, tact, and discretion · Committed to being results-oriented while having fun with the people you work with · Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, WordPress · Required knowledge of MS Office and various online tools and resources, such as FTP, MailChimp, Shutterstock, etc.
