This entry-level role supports the creation of compelling digital content across web, social, print, and video platforms. The ideal candidate is a collaborative visual storyteller with a passion for design, and a growing skillset in digital/traditional media.Role, Responsibilities, and Key Performance Areas: Design and produce assets for the Hall's digital platforms, including website graphics, email layouts, social content, and display ads.Develop creative for traditional formats, including print ads, brochures, flyers, signage, and editorial layouts.Support motion design needs for video content, including simple video animations, lower thirds, transitions, and branded visual effects.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality, on-brand visual content.Assist in concepting and executing creative campaigns across multiple channels.Help maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.Organize and maintain creative assets and design files in an efficient and accessible system.Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, Attributes and Abilities:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.Familiarity with motion graphics tools and basic video editing skills.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles preferred.Strong communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.Experience working with brand guidelines.Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred.
