This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines, demonstrate strong initiative, and effectively balance teamwork with independent responsibilities.Responsibilities:Assist in designing graphical elements for marketing materials, including qualification packages, proposals, multi-page documents, printed brochures, and promotional items, adhering to client guidelines and brand standards.Support presentation teams in creating compelling presentations (in PowerPoint), presentation boards, and other marketing materials.Create custom design layout, resumes, project schedules, matrix graphics, process and flowchart graphics, technical illustrated maps, and more.Review technical content to ensure it meets specific requirements and brand standards.Assist with coordinating print production, including communicating with internal and external printing resources.Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and marketing team members to convert complex ideas into clear visual communications.Maintain organized files and asset libraries to ensure smooth production workflow.To be successful in this role, you must:Have a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, 3D visualization or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) is required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word), including the ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations.Be detail-oriented, with solid organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.Possess solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with others.An online portfolio demonstrating foundational graphic design skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities.Positive, can-do attitude with eagerness to learn, willingness to accept constructive feedback, and a commitment to professional growth.Demonstrate creativity and ability to communicate visually using graphics (such as images, charts, and infographics).Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills are a must.Preferred Qualifications:Previous internship experience with an AEC-related firm is a plus.Basic experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus but not required.#LI-SP1If this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.An Equal Opportunity Employer.
