Junior Graphic Designer

Duties and Responsibilities: • Create engaging digital and print marketing materials that align with our brand identity • Execute projects based on creative briefs and feedback from the marketing team • Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines across multiple companies • Capture and edit photography from company events and project sites • Assist with social media content creation, including captions and blog posts • Handle specialized design tasks including photo editing, retouching, and color grading • Meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Skills Required: • Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field with 1+ years of professional experience, OR Graphic Design certification with 3+ years of professional experience • Professional portfolio with accessible online link (must be included in application) • Must demonstrate knowledge and be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Lightroom) • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) • A creative eye with strong knowledge of design principles, layout, and typography • Must demonstrate knowledge with Wix, MailChimp, Canva, and Adobe Express • Photography skills using professional camera equipment (Nikon, Canon, Sony) • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities AFFIRMATIVE ACTION STATEMENT:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, and consider qualified applicants without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status or any other protected factor under federal, state or local law.
