Junior Graphic Designer

We are growing and in need of a Junior Graphic Designer for The Reed Family Companies locations. We offer a 401k program. Duties and Responsibilities: • Create engaging digital and print marketing materials that align with our brand identity • Execute projects based on creative briefs and feedback from the marketing team • Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines across multiple companies • Capture and edit photography from company events and project sites • Assist with social media content creation, including captions and blog posts • Handle specialized design tasks including photo editing, retouching, and color grading • Meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Skills Required: • Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field with 1+ years of professional experience, OR Graphic Design certification with 3+ years of professional experience • Professional portfolio with accessible online link (must be included in application) • Must demonstrate knowledge and be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, Lightroom) • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) • A creative eye with strong knowledge of design principles, layout, and typography • Must demonstrate knowledge with Wix, MailChimp, Canva, and Adobe Express • Photography skills using professional camera equipment (Nikon, Canon, Sony) • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset • Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities
