Junior Graphic Designer

Location: Chicago / Hybrid The Role F1 Arcade is on the hunt for a passionate, energetic and bold Junior Graphic Designer to help shape the future of immersive entertainment. What You'll Do • Lead the development of big ideas and creative concepts that bring brand stories to life across multiple touchpoints (venues, campaigns, initiatives, guest experiences) • Interpret briefs and transform them into creative solutions • Develop decks, mood boards, and visuals that sell the vision • Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Content, and Venue teams to turn that vision into reality. • Strong Adobe skills (extra points for motion) • You think in stories, moments, and guest-first experiences • Comfortable pitching and presenting your ideas with energy • Passion for culture, design, and immersive environments • A calm-headedness and sense of prioritization in the face of deadlines • Big energy and a sense of humor is appreciated!
