Junior Graphic Designer

As a developing creative professional, the Junior Graphic Designer learns the brand, builds production skills, research trends and gains exposure to a wide variety of marketing, communications, and design needs across the healthcare system. Required: • 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in a design or creative production role • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Strong foundational skills in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy • A developing portfolio of design work across digital and/or print formats Department Position Summary: The Junior Graphic Designer is an early-career member of the creative team, working under the supervision of the Art Director to support design needs across the organization. The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in maintaining consistency, formatting assets, adapting templates, and learning to support more complex design initiatives while contributing to the visual quality of the brand.
