We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house Marketing team and help bring the Arena Club brand to life across every visual touchpoint. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate daily with our marketing, social, and content teams, contributing to both day-to-day production and larger brand initiatives as we scale. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance) • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects a plus) • Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals across digital channels • Experience creating assets for social media, email, and digital marketing • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
