Junior Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing (Product Advertising) The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for designing content for email marketing, social media, digital banners, and company website ads. Major Qualifications • College degree required; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Graphic Design • Experience in an advertising agency or in-house corporate agency a plus • Experience working with digital, social, web and email platforms • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Ability to execute on projects assigned by management and Digital Design Manager • Comfortable managing multiple projects, working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines • Ability to work within team and with other departments in a constructive manner that supports PFFCU’s values of member service, teamwork, commitment, and performance • Ability to learn the products and services offered by PFFCU, as well as our competitive advantage relative to banks and how this benefits our members. • Size and source appropriate images to use across social media platforms • Work with Digital Design Manager to design email communications to send to existing members, versioning out for multiple targets. • Support design team with updates to digital assets and systems like ATMs, ITMs and TV monitors.
