Junior Graphic Designer

Creative & Marketing Department The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for the overall research and development of concepts and design for marketing and collateral under the direction of the VP - Graphics. • Develop and execute projects flowing through the Creative & Marketing Department for all real estate properties as well as select corporate initiatives, including the conception and design of branding and collateral, advertisements, signage, and all marketing and event materials for digital and print application • This position will have a special emphasis on the creation of pitch decks and presentations for the Services unit of the company • Work with VP - Graphics and project stakeholders (Asset Managers, Creative Managers, Leasing Associates) to develop and execute special projects supporting property-level initiatives • Interface with printing vendors regarding quotes, proofs, materials, printing process, and color to ensure alignment with project goals and oversee print job process to adhere to high quality, timeline, and budget • Edit and retouch photos for marketing materials, websites, etc. Skills and Abilities: • Communicating graphic ideas clearly and quickly • Superior attention to detail with understanding and execution of typography and layout • Organizational and interpersonal skills • The ability to meet deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions • Detail-oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solving • Written and verbal communication Any essential function or requirement of this job will be evaluated as necessary should an incumbent/applicant be unable to perform the function or requirement due to a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
