Requirements • Support the design and production of on-brand creative assets across packaging, digital marketing, social media, trade shows, in-store materials, and presentations • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to execute concepts from brief through final delivery • Assist in maintaining brand guidelines across all design materials to ensure brand consistency and coherence in visual messaging • Adapt existing designs for multiple formats, channels, and specs while maintaining brand consistency • Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently and thoughtfully • Be available to assist and work during Wow Bao offsite events as needed (such as Lollapalooza) • Other tasks and projects may be required as needed • Perform calmly and effectively in a busy and fast-paced work environment
