Junior Graphic Designer

Location: On-site Covington, LA Type: Full-Time POLA Marketing is an integrated creative agency where strategy lives upstairs and production happens downstairs. We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our creative team across social media, paid advertising, and digital brand content. Education & Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience) • 0–2 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work count) • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator required; Figma a plus) • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color • Familiarity with social media formats and digital design specs • Portfolio demonstrating digital and social design work Why POLA • Fully in-house production studio • Real client work with real outcomes • Direct exposure to how creative performs • Clear growth path as the agency scales
