Experience Entry-Level Position | Syracuse, New York Minimum Experience: One (1) internship in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a similar position in-house or at an ad agency Strong organization skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team File management, naming, and organization skills Proven understanding of typography usage, layout design, and print production Experience designing for social media, print, and digital Basic copy editing and knowledge Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing Design Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with previous experience working in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop Proficient in Canva
