Junior Graphic Designer

Cooper&Hunter USA — one of the largest HVAC manufacturers in the world, operating in 55 countries and serving the U.S. market for the past 10 years — is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at our Doral, Florida headquarters. If you’re passionate about design, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life, this role is for you. Responsibilities • Develop, design, adjust, and transform all Cooper&Hunter promotional materials • Update and refine artwork for sales support materials • Work closely with the Marketing Director to build campaigns across the U.S. • Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, events, and sponsorship initiatives • Monitor design and industry trends to optimize creative output • Create new promotional assets for digital and print • Use AI tools to support ideation, design, and workflow efficiency Qualifications • Certificate or formal training in Marketing or Graphic Design • Advanced proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign • Experience using AI tools for image creation or copy generation • Strong understanding of social media design best practices and trends • Ability to work on‑site in Doral, Florida • Excellent communication, creativity, and time‑management skills • Preferred qualification UX design in Figma What We Offer • The chance to work with a global HVAC brand with a decade of U.S. presence • A creative, collaborative environment with room to grow • Hands‑on involvement in national campaigns, sponsorships, and product storytelling
