Junior Motion & Graphic Designer

The Junior Designer will support our Creative Team in developing visually compelling content across a variety of mediums including social-first campaigns, branded content, set fabrication, VFX, and influencer-driven work. This role is ideal for someone who has strong graphic design fundamentals and is looking to continue to evolve their skills in motion design. The Junior Designer will work closely with the Creative Team to bring creative concepts to life through graphic assets, pitch deck visuals, motion graphics, and social-first gfx design. Design & Motion Development • Design social media graphics and scroll-stopping content for some of the world’s top brands • Enhance video and graphic content through knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual effects expertise • Support the Creative Team in developing visual assets for set designs, social campaigns, branded content, fabrication builds, influencer campaigns, and more • Help maintain visual consistency across projects to ensure work aligns with expectations and creative direction • Review design content for consistency, quality control, and look and feel to meet clients’ needs Collaboration • Work closely with the Art Director, Post team, editors and producers to bring concepts to life • Participate in daily and weekly internal meetings, capturing notes when needed • Track and organize creative assets • Provide general creative and administrative support to the Creative Team across ongoing projects • Participate in a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
