Junior Packaging/Graphic Design Assistant

Our growing company is looking for a highly organized and creative Packaging Graphic Design Assistant to support the Creative Director and design team in a fast-paced bath, beauty and stationery environment. This role is ideal for a junior-level designer with 2–3 years of experience who is eager to grow, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple projects. The candidate should have a strong eye for color and design, basic knowledge of packaging production and mechanical file setup. Support the Creative Director and design team on daily packaging design projects Revise artwork for both primary and secondary packaging Prepare and update mechanical files for production Assist with layout adjustments, artwork revisions, and production-ready files Review color, typography, and artwork details with strong attention to accuracy Compare production samples against specs and provide feedback Work with the Creative Director to review and organize existing design files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper file management 2–3 years of graphic design or packaging design experience Basic understanding of packaging production and mechanical file preparation Experience designing both primary and secondary packaging preferred Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and detail Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Fast learner with a positive, team-oriented attitude Beauty, fashion, or consumer packaged goods experience is a plus Excellent Time Management Skills to Meet Strict Deadlines
