While your core strength is within Visual Design, as a member of the team, you are accountable to communicate clearly with peers and work in a flexible manner to ensure we deliver engaging and motivating learning experiences. • Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design or related field • Experience designing for Learning & Development, HR or Talent products • Basic Knowledge of Articulate Rise and Storyline • Basic Knowledge of Instructional Design • Experience in design of motion graphics and video production • Understanding of the user-centered design process
