Junior Website Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Website Designer to join our growing team in Akron As a Junior Website Designer you will work closely with our senior designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles proficiency in web design software and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior designers and developers to create website layouts and designs that meet client requirementsUse web design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create website graphics icons and layoutsEnsure all designs are visually appealing user-friendly and consistent with brand guidelinesConduct research on current design trends and best practices to improve website designsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetParticipate in client meetings to present website designs and gather feedback for revisionsStay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in web design techniquesRequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent experience in Web Design Graphic Design or a related fieldProficient in web design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator or SketchStrong understanding of design principles such as color theory typography layout etcExperience creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile devicesExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA portfolio showcasing previous web design work is requiredSalarySalary We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position LocationLocation This position is based in Akron but we welcome applicants from all over the world who are able to relocate Filipinos are preferred but all nationalities are welcome AccommodationAccommodation We provide accommodation for our employees who require it Other RequirementsBiometric passport is required for international employeesThis position is open to all genders but we especially encourage female applicants
