Juno Search Partners is hiring: Associate Graphic Designer in Philadelphia

Our client, a growing employee benefits consulting and brokerage firm, is seeking a junior-level Graphic Designer for a temporary contract to assist the design & communication team. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-oriented, corporate, team environment is an important component of this position. This role will last 3-4 months while they enter a busy season of their business.Key Responsibilities:Create communication materials (benefit guidebooks, flyers, etc.) for clients using a library of InDesign templates, incorporating client-specific customizationsBuild and update electronic communication resources for clientsEnsure brand consistency across multiple communicationsSupport internal staff’s communication needs such as presentation and document editingDesign PowerPoint templatesReview materials to ensure accuracyManage high volume of work to meet time-sensitive client deadlinesSkill requirements:Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign)Microsoft Office, including PowerPointKnowledge of and efficiency in designing for both print and webUnderstanding of print, digital and interactive design principles, techniques and best practicesStrong knowledge of typographic hierarchyExcellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task effectivelyDetail-oriented with excellent editing and quality review skillsReliable team player who also has the ability to work well independentlyA Certification or Degree in Graphic Design or related field preferredKnowledge of the employee benefit business is desirable but not requiredJuno is an Equal Opportunity Employer that provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, genetic predisposition or carrier status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
