This is an in-office opportunity based in our Columbus office at 7965 North High Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43235. Responsibilities:Our Graphic Designers work independently, partnering with other Designers and Marketing professionals to understand and translate the clients vision and design a variety of deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentDevelop graphic covers, templates, layouts, and supporting graphics for marketing pursuitsCreate presentations, aerial map exhibits, and multimedia graphicsCreate tailored, print and digital brochures as well as conference/event graphicsDesign digital campaigns for external recognition/pursuitsThrive as part of a large, creative, and specialized marketing teamPartner with engineers, project managers, and technical staffServe as a brand advocate for Kimley-Horn and the clients visual guidelinesQualifications:3+ years of corporate and/or agency experienceBachelors Degree in Graphic Design or similarProficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (Kimley-Horn is a PC-based company) Ability to use InDesign software for layout of complex documentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA positive, collaborative, solution-seeking attitude, and a high sense of personal responsibilityDesire to learn new skills, manage tasks and teams, participate in process improvementFlexibility to periodically work outside normal business hours as neededAbility to work under tight deadlines and handle simultaneous, varied assignments while providing consistent quality and accuracyWillingness to travel in support of remote projects and teamsWhy Kimley-Horn? :At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
