Working knowledge of developing and monitoring laboratory budgets, including personnel allocations and operational expenses, to ensure compliance with approved funding levels and financial procedures, ability to manage staffing allocations for full-time, part-time, and student employees, as well as budget for supplies, materials, and equipment, and effective coordination of procurement, inventory replenishment, and logistical support for programmatic and divisional events, ensuring resources are used efficiently and responsibly. This is a security-sensitive position as defined under the Texas Education Code, Section 51.215; the successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal background check, as permitted and/or required by applicable law, and in accordance with the College’s policies and procedures.
