Labeling And Graphics Coordinator

Reporting to: Creative Director Pay Range: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | Flexible start times: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM The Labeling & Graphics Coordinator supports a fast-paced design team and is responsible for managing packaging and labeling projects from launch through print. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution of multiple projects at various stages. Position Responsibilities • Serve as liaison between the Graphics Department, internal teams, and external vendors regarding project status, assets, deadlines, and technical specifications • Manage packaging and labeling projects from launch through print production • Proofread and ensure accuracy of all marketing and labeling content, including spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency, die lines, color, layout, design, and print quality • Ensure accuracy of UPC barcodes and item numbers • Participate in packaging and labeling development, including light graphic design support • Route print proofs and ensure timely approvals • Support label revisions during product launches • Review packaging layouts from Private Label designers via online portals and communicate required revisions • Maintain, organize, and archive project files in accordance with internal retention standards • Participate in mock presentations by gathering samples and preparing materials • Identify and escalate potential quality concerns related to packaging materials or methods • Photograph and document individual packaging steps as needed • Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing and literature materials meet brand and print standards • Monitor cross-functional projects to ensure timelines and approvals are met • Ensure all company brand, compliance, regulatory, and quality standards are upheld • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality • Comply with applicable safety, quality, regulatory, and environmental regulations • Perform other duties as assigned #NowHiring
