Basic knowledge and understanding of Photoshop.Ensure all communication materials are consistent with LRH brand guidelines.Proficient in Web Design programs and experience working in Online Website Content Management Systems.Good understanding of vector design and editing/creating vector files.Basic knowledge of production printing processes. •Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines •Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail •Ability to effectively communicate using excellent written and verbal skills •Ability to work well as a team member and work independentlyExcellent team player with strong oral and written communication skills.Exceptional eye for design, composition and typography. Ability to effectively and simultaneously coordinate and work on multiple project assignments in a fast-paced and changing environment. Nonessential:Advanced graphic design skills.Qualifications & Experience Essential:Bachelor Degree Essential:Graphic design, marketing, mass communications, art or related field.
