Knowledge of Auto CAD and other design related graphic software (Sketchup,Photoshop, 3 D Imaging )required. Ability to perform site analysis that include field measurements of existing site conditions . Ability to research local county codes for construction projects (set beaks ,Easements ,Lot coverage,etc. ).
